Responsibilities :
- Design and execute test strategies that ensure products meet requirements and deliver real value.
- Explore systems with an inquisitive mindset, finding edge cases and hidden issues.
- Collaborate with design, development, and quality teams to improve product reliability and performance.
- Document findings clearly, ensuring traceability and actionable insights.
- Mentor junior engineers, sharing best practices in defect detection, validation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive process improvements that make testing smarter, faster, and more impactful.
Skills Required:
- 7+ years of experience in verification, validation, or quality engineering.
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for spotting patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Hands‑on experience with test automation tools and scripting (Python)
- Familiarity with requirements management systems (DOORS, Polarion, Jama, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex findings in a way that inspires action.
- A curious, detail‑oriented mindset: you love asking “what if?” and “why not?”
