Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead with expertise in automation testing, The ideal candidate will lead, drive, and oversee automation testing activities, ensuring compliance with global healthcare regulations and high-quality delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all test automation activities across projects in the medical devices’ domain.
- Review and approve test scripts prior to submission for acceptance by the Product Owner (PO) or SME.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in test automation.
- Mentor and coach engineers in automation testing methodologies.
- Build technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios.
- Ensure adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards.
- Interpret regulatory requirements and align testing practices accordingly.
- Act as the liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive alignment between technical and business requirements.
- Provide hands-on technical support and guidance when necessary.
- Monitor emerging trends and innovations in test automation for potential adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years in testing, with at least 3 years in test automation and project management.
- Good to have experience in desktop-based automation on platforms (Windows based),FlaUI/WinAppDriver/ TestComplete/WhiteFramework.
- Hands-on experience in script review and technical documentation.
- Hands on experience in Test design and optimization
- Hands on experience into UiPath.
- Experience on Non functional Testing
- Experience interpreting and applying these regulations in testing scenarios.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software testing practices, including generating test cases, test data, and automation scripts using generative AI tools.
