Key Responsibilities:
  • Define, own, and evolve the test automation strategy aligned with business objectives and release goals.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks covering UI (web & desktop), API, integration, and backend testing.
  • Build and maintain integration and acceptance test suites for downstream solution upgrades.
  • Act as a quality gate during Diagnostic Suite promotions and releases.
  • Drive automation for smoke, sanity, regression, UI, API, and integration test suites.
  • Perform and guide functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing.
  • Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable execution.
  • Analyse test failures, identify root causes, and drive resolution in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable automation code using Java-based frameworks (e.g., Selenium).
  • Review test code and provide feedback to improve design, stability, and coverage.
  • Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and DevOps teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in automation best practices.
  • Manage test data, test environments, and automation dependencies effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development or testing.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge with DICOM fundamentals
  • Strong hands-on experience in test automation (UI + integration testing).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong technical leadership and mentoring abilities
Good to Have:
  • Experience with PACS /Viewer/Medical Imaging systems.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare standards (HL7 is a plus).
  • Prior experience testing AI/ML-based healthcare applications.
  • Exposure to cloud-based testing environments (e.g., GCP, AWS).
