JD For UI/UX Designer
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with expertise in automated testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces while ensuring the seamless functionality of our applications through automated testing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to visually communicate design ideas.
- Design System Development: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system that aligns with brand guidelines across all platforms.
- UI Design: Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and responsive, enhancing the overall user experience.
- UX Design: Develop user flows, information architecture, and interactions that foster seamless, meaningful experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered designs.
- User Testing: Conduct usability testing and implement changes based on feedback and results to continuously improve the product.
- Tools & Software: Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms for wireframing and prototyping.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, demonstrating problem-solving skills, creativity, and user-centered thinking.
- Tools & Technologies: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Front-End Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers (experience with Material-UI is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Design Principles: Strong knowledge of UX/UI best practices, design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Adaptability: Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Material-UI and responsive design.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and the importance of inclusive design.
