Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA and Test Automation Project Manager to lead projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. You will manage client relationships, track key project metrics, and collaborate with teams to align solutions with customer goals. Strong knowledge of QA practices, test automation frameworks, and effective resource management is essential. Experience in risk-based testing and test optimization is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and oversee QA and test automation projects, ensuring timeliness and quality.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and communication.
• Work with teams to implement processes and deliver optimized solutions aligned with customer expectations.
• Track and report project metrics, including profitability, quality, and risks.
• Collaborate with technical leads to align deliverables with customer goals and ensure bug-free implementation.
• Use knowledge of QA practices and test automation frameworks to provide guidance to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience managing QA and test automation projects.
• Familiarity with functional and non-functional testing practices and tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage resources effectively.
