Key Responsibilities
- Define the overall test and quality strategy
- Design and guide test automation architecture (UI, API, integration)
- Set testing standards, best practices, and guidelines
- Support teams in improving test automation stability and coverage
- Ensure testing is well integrated into CI/CD pipelines
- Review test strategies and provide architectural guidance
- Identify quality risks early and recommend solutions
- Promote a strong quality engineering culture
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- Strong hands on Experience in Java , Rest Assured and selenium coding
- Excellent Debugging Skills in automation
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD
- Experience with UI and API automation
- Ability to define test strategy and quality metrics
- Experience working with multiple teams
Good to Have
- Performance testing knowledge
- Cloud or microservices experience
- Basic security or reliability testing exposure
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to guide teams without direct authority
- Practical, problem-solving mindset
- Focus on simplicity and maintainability
